What's Included in Your Listing (for $249)

What’s included in your listing:

  1. Listing on the website for 6 months continuous only (an additional 3 months is $1, payable at the end of the listing period) or until sold, taken off the market, or listed with a real estate agent or broker, whichever occurs first. The fee is $ 249 for the listing package.
  2. Unlimited real-time changes to your listing. Instantly change your selling price, contact information, description, open house listings, pictures or any other aspect of your listing through convenient user forms on our website.
  3. Seven color photographs for your web page. Pictures may be uploaded by property seller at any time. Existing pictures may be replaced with new pictures at no cost. Please note if you don’t have digital pictures LS FSBO is happy to scan and upload photos for you at no additional cost.
  4. A professional yard sign will be installed within 5 business days of when payment is received. The yard sign will include your custom telephone number place-card and our web address. Once your home is sold, taken off the market or listed with a real estate agent or broker, notify us immediately and we will remove the sign. The sign remains the property of LS FSBO. You agree to pay LS FSBO $100 for signs not made available for pickup after your listing term expires, for signs damaged beyond normal wear and tear, or for signs that are lost or stolen.
  5. One Open House sign. (Customer must specifically request this and accept responsibility for its use.)
  6. One House for Sale directional sign. (Customer must specifically request this and accept responsibility for its use.)
  7. Ready-to-go printable "Property Fact Sheets" via a link on your detail page.
  8. Real estate forms downloadable off the Resources page of the website.
  9. Information for sellers and buyers on the For Sale by Owner process.
  10. Free listings of as many open houses as you want.
  11. Brochure box in which to put your fact sheets. (Customer must specifically request this and accept responsibility for its use.)
  12. Place your listing on googlerealestate.com to generate even more traffic to your listing.
  13. Spam protected email contact form to prevent web robots from harvesting your email address from our website. Email form also allows buyers to contact you to set up showings, ask questions about your property, and provide useful feedback.
