The listing price is $249. We accept payment by check or credit card.

You may list one of two ways, by mail or on-line.

Listing Online

  1. Read what's included in your listing.
  2. Read our service agreement.
  3. Setup an account. (the link will guide you through the remaining steps).
  4. Specify a telephone number for your yard sign.
  5. Select payment method (check or credit card).
  6. Create and edit your listing. You will be automatically directed to the create/edit listing page.
  7. Mark the location, free of underground utilities, where you want us to place your yard sign. Call Diggers Hotline 1-800-344-7483 to mark underground utilities.

Listing by Mail

  1. Read what's included in your listing.
  2. Print and fill out the service agreement.
  3. Print and fill out the services order form.
  4. Print and fill out the LS FSBO Registration Form.
  5. Take up to seven pictures of your property and have them developed or put on a disk if digital.
  6. Mark the location, free of underground utilities, where you want us to place your yard sign. Call Diggers Hotline 1-800-344-7483 to mark underground utilities.
  7. Make out a check for the amount of services ordered to: LS FSBO
  8. Mail your check, pictures, and completed LS FSBO Registration Form to:
